John Reshetar
Graham Corbett
John is a professionally trained actor and playwright based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. After graduating from DeSales University, he performed in a number of regional theater productions before shifting his focus to film and television. His most recent television credits include ABC’s “Philadelphia: The Great Experiment” and “Philadelphia: Urban Trinity”, Hulu’s “Betrayal: The Perfect Husband”, and has worked as a stand-in on M. Night Shyamalan’s “Glass”. Most recently he acted in the feature films “The Hail Mary” and “Lucky Louie” both directed by Daniel Roebuck (The Fugitive, Lost). In addition to his film work, John is a co-host of the Film Asylum podcast on YouTube.

Amanda Schoonover
Lady Rowena
Amanda is best known as the sassy eavesdropping Waitress on the GLAAD-nominated “Dispatches From Elsewhere” on AMC where she co-starred opposite Jason Segel, Sally Field, Andre (3000) Benjamin and Eve Lindley. She is a two-time Barrymore Award recipient and 9-time nominee, as well as being a Jilline Ringle Solo Performance Program Artist in Residence at 1812 Productions and an F. Otto Haas Emerging Artist Finalist. Her film and television credits include: Netflix’s “Candy Cane Lane” opposite Eddie Murphy, HBO’s “Perry Mason”, NBC’s “Do No Harm” opposite Phylicia Rashad, and “We Need to Talk” with James Maslow.

Emily Dale White
Ligeia
A Philadelphia transplant from Dallas, Texas, Emily revels in telling stories, live and on screen. Recent film work includes playing Michelle in Best Ghost Production's “Laced”, and Shannon in Green Tater Production's “Cult Pursuits”. Upcoming film work includes playing Rain in Redemption 46 Studio's “Criers”, Lindsay Patterson in Deuce1fifth's “What's Good”. Emily also will appear as Paradigm network's mascot, Para, airing throughout spring and summer. Emily holds her BA in theater performance from Juniata College, and is a graduate of the Headlong Performance Institute.

Marcie Ryan
The Servant
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest in Spokane, Washington, Marcie previously served in the Navy and was stationed at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Following her discharge from the Navy, Marcie remained in Hawaii and was able to discover more about her Hawaiian ethnic background. She then moved to Phoenix, Arizona to pursue a degree in Nursing. and has been working as a Registered Nurse for 17 + years. Marcie has gained on-set experience as a background actor on several feature films and television sets. She continues to grow as an actor by training building foundation with Meisner technique.

Kelly Murray
Director, Producer
Kelly is an award-winning filmmaker based in Philadelphia. She began her career in film as a Production Office PA on the feature film "Brotherly Love" directed by Jamal Hill and produced by Queen Latifah. Kelly went on to gain set experience working in various roles on independent films and commercial productions in Philadelphia and New York before stepping behind the camera to tell her own stories. In 2016, her directorial debut “The Astronomer” was awarded the Curatorial Choice Award (Best in Show) at The Delaware Contemporary art museum in Wilmington, Delaware. She has since written, directed, and produced several narrative short films and documentaries, each of which have gained selections and nominations in film festivals across the nation. In 2022, Kelly completed her first feature-length documentary, “The Openers”, currently entering the festival circuit.

Hillary Hanak-Newman
Director of Photography, Producer
Hillary is an award-winning Director of Photography and Content Producer based in Philadelphia. She has worked in the film business for over 20 years lending her skills to numerous projects within the narrative, commercial, and international 60 VR space. Growing up in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Hillary moved to Los Angeles in 2001 to pursue filmmaking. Notable film and television credits include HBO’s "Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways" and “Sound City”, Netflix’s "Unsolved Mysteries", and "Clive Davis: The Soundtrack of Our Lives". She has since lensed numerous independent documentary and narrative projects in Philadelphia including "The Great Flip-Off", "The Astronomer", "BLOCK", “The Openers”, and "Daughter, Actually". Hiliary is a proud member of the IATSE Local 728 Union in Los Angeles.

Diane Cooney
Executive Producer
Diane is a Philadelphia-area based writer and consultant who has produced videos and podcasts for numerous corporate clients. She is an active member and longtime supporter of the arts and film communities in Chester County, Pennsylvania. She has worked on a number of independent films with director Kelly Murray and DP Hillary Hanak including “The Astronomer” and “Your Wreckless Heart”. Most recently, Diane supported “The Curse of Ligeia” as behind-the-scenes photographer before transitioning into the Executive Producer role in 2023.

Sierra Schnack
Assistant Director
Born and raised in Quincy, Illinois, Sierra (she/her) is a proud gemini and enneagram 3. After graduating from the Chicago College of Performing Arts with her BFA in Musical Theatre, Sierra spent several years working regionally as an actor in the Chicagoland area. Since then she has lived in New York and Los Angeles, working in event production and film. Now located in New York, Sierra is an AEA actor, a freelance director and producer of film and high end events, as well as an event and social media manager with NYCDA. With collaboration and community as her highest priorities, Sierra is passionate about curating and sharing stories that matter.

Jamie Forslund
Production Designer
Jamie is an artist, educator, producer, and production designer who has used her diverse talents to craft unique looks for award-winning short films and music videos. From development to post-production and every stage in between, Jamie is a true renaissance woman with invaluable knowledge and insight on a wide range of topics from character development, to cinematography, to special effects makeup, to marketing and graphic design. Having lived and traveled overseas for half a decade, Jamie has developed a keen aesthetic sensibility that allows her to push boundaries and experiment in fresh and exciting ways.

Alfreda "Fre" Howard
Head Hair & Makeup Artist, SPFX Designer
Fre grew up in Michigan and now resides in Philadelphia. She is the proud owner of Faces By Fre, LLC Makeup Artistry which provides Makeup, Hair, Wigs, Special FX, and Wardrobe for theater, film, and television. Fre stands in solidarity with three IATSE Locals 798, 799, 917. Notable film and television credits include Makeup Department Head for Netflix’s “Free Meek”, “Mystery Science Theatre 3000” Season 13 , and “Smartwater” national commercial with Pete Davidson; and makeup positions for Peacock’s “Bel Air” Season 1, Hulu’s “Wu-Tang: An American Saga”, and AppleTV’s “Lady in the Lake”. In 2019, Fre became the First woman of color to design makeup and wigs for operas at two teaching Institutions: The Curtis institute of Music Opera Department and Temple University’s Opera Department.

Literary Consultant from Beyond the Grave
Edgar Allan Poe (1809-1849) was an American writer, poet, author, editor, and literary critic who is best known for his poetry and short stories, particularly his tales of mystery and the macabre. He is widely regarded as a central figure of Romanticism and Gothic fiction in the United States, and of American literature. “The Curse of Ligeia” is an adaptation of Poe’s short story “Ligeia” published in 1838.
